Join Docomomo Hawaii for a night of merriment and celebration in Manoa's historic Woodlawn Terrace Neighborhood!
The Woodlawn Terrace subdivision was designed by Hawaii architect of note, Harry Seckel in the 1950’s and 1960s. Harry Seckel was active in the Hawaii chapter of AIA and served as president in 1956, the same year he helped publish the book “A guide to Architecture in Honolulu.” In 1954 he wrote a book called, “Hawaiian Residential Architecture,” which was published by the Bishop Museum Press and laid the groundwork for the Woodlawn development and established his philosophies on “Environmental Living".

The evening includes food, wine and beer, and a tour of the house.

Valet parking is included.

As a courtesy to our gracious hosts, we ask that you kindly refrain from wearing shoes at indoor areas and exploring independently upon your arrival.

Please note: Tickets are limited to 75 guests. Advance ticket purchase is required.

Location details will be sent separately to ticket holders 24-48 hours prior to day of event.
